For guests of Phteah Yeay

Yeay's Concierge

Every Angkor tour, every airport pickup, every massage in your room — arranged through people we have used ourselves. Prices are written down. Everything charges to your room and settles at check-out.

How it works

Every guest at Phteah Yeay has access to Yeay's Concierge from the moment you check in. You log into the guest portal with your booking reference and email. You browse the services. You book what you want. The charge goes on your room folio — settled at check-out, the same way the bar tab is. No cash. No haggling. No envelope to a driver you've never met.

If a service is in this catalogue, it has been used by us personally, by family, by staff, or by guests whose feedback we trust. If a partner ever lets us down, they come off the list. The list stays short on purpose.

The trust promise

Three things you can count on:

Prices are the prices. The number you see is the number you pay. No surcharges, no "fuel supplements," no tip pressure at the end of the ride. Tips are appreciated by every partner but never expected, and never solicited.

Every partner has been used by us personally. Drivers, guides, masseuses, sitters, photographers — we don't list anyone we haven't sent our own family to. If a partner ever cuts a corner with a Phteah Yeay guest, they're off the list the next day.

If anything goes wrong, you tell us. Not the driver. Not the tour operator. The front desk. We make it right — refund, replace, or step in — and we deal with the partner ourselves. You should never have to argue with a stranger in a country where you don't speak the language.

Frequently asked

Can I book a service after I arrive? Yes — most services can be booked the same day. Tours and transfers we ask for 12 hours' notice. The cooking class and the Apsara evening need 24 hours.

Can I pay the partner directly to save the markup? Honestly, no — and we'd ask you not to. Our concierge fee covers the vetting, the language buffer, the guarantee, and the time we spend confirming and arranging. If you pay a driver directly and they overcharge you, we cannot help. If you book through us and they overcharge you, we make you whole and we deal with them.

What if I want something that isn't on this list? Ask. We will tell you whether we can arrange it. If we can't, we will tell you that too — and recommend who to ask instead. Sometimes the answer is "the family who runs the noodle shop on Wat Bo Road, just walk in." That's not a service we can profit from; we tell you anyway.

Is gratuity expected? Never expected. Always appreciated. If a guide or driver was wonderful, USD 3–5 in their hand at the end is a kind gesture. If service was poor, please tell us before tipping — we'd rather refund you and replace the partner than have you tip out of politeness.

Can my guests who aren't staying with me use the concierge? The portal is for registered Phteah Yeay guests only. If your friends are eating dinner with you on property, they can ride in your booked transfer. They cannot book separately through our concierge unless they're also staying.

Is there a service fee or minimum? No fee, no minimum. The prices listed are inclusive of our service charge.

To book

After you arrive and check in, you'll receive a personal link to Yeay's Concierge Portal by email. Log in with your booking reference and the email on file. Browse, choose, pay through your room.

You can also walk up to the front desk anytime. We are open 24 hours and the kettle is always warm.

Yeay's Concierge is currently available to registered guests of Phteah Yeay only. To stay with us and access the concierge, reserve your room or join the waitlist for our October 2027 opening.

A note from Yeay

Every partner here has been used by us personally. The price you see is the price you pay — no haggling at the gate, no surprise fees, no driver taking you to his cousin's silk shop on the way back. If something goes wrong, write to us. We will make it right.
